Hey, I’m Jake. Sports have always been a big part of my life, and that led me to play baseball in college. It was around that time that I realized how much I loved the fitness side of things too. After eight solid years focusing on strength and conditioning, I couldn’t just let it go. So, I took it up a notch and got my Master’s in Health & Wellness over at Arizona State,
Specializing in—you guessed it—Strength & Conditioning.
